I’m looking to buy a new men’s Invicta watch in the near future. This post will cover the criteria I use before I make any purchases on Ebay.

I always start out on Ebay by looking over various listings, pick out the ones that interest me, and put them in the ”Items I’m Watching”. I then check the sellers feedback. I look at the amount of feedback as well as the negative feedback. I’ll also browse around and look at the types of feedback comments the seller receives.

I they have negative feedback, read the comments and see if you find a trend. If there is one then you should avoid buying from the seller. I also check the positive feedback to look for any patterns. Some buyers may leave positive feedback, but they might comment on how the item was shipped, packed, or how long the shipping process actually took. Others complaints might be about the cost of shipping or the condition of the item.

Check the description and the shipping costs. See if the item is new or has been refurbished. You can also look if it comes in a retail box or not.

Make sure what the shipping cost is, a watch usually weighs less than two pounds, so shipping should not be excessive. Look where the seller is located. Some watch sellers are located overseas, so shipping will be a lot more or the product could get lost.

I sometimes like to ask the seller a question about the item. the response and how long it takes tells me if the seller might be too busy to help me if I have a problem with my order.

I always use PayPal for payments. PayPal offers buyer protection as well as making your payment easier.
